Hello, there. I am an educator with over 20 years of teaching experience.  My passion is mathematics at the elementary and middle levels.  In all of my years of instruction in the public school classroom, the biggest challenges that I have found to student success is computational fluency (math fact knowledge and speed), number sense (reasoning and relationships within numbers and number patterns), and problem solving (real world applications of mathematics).

My goal here is to offer assistance to you in speaking the language of mathematics, which we lovingly call Mathanese.  Whether you are a student, a parent, or even a teacher colleague, my resources are here to assist you in becoming fluent in Mathanese (the language of mathematics) and being able to understand the content being taught in school.
